Garbage must be put out by the street on Thursday night.

When is recycling pickup? Recycling must be put out by the street every other Thursday night. We are on “B” Schedule. Check schedule here https://www.cwpm.net/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/B-week-Calendar-2024-1.png. If you have extra recycling, please call Jill at 401 348 9155 and she will notify driver. Put any recyclables that don’t fit in the bin into a cardboard box. Please do not use plastic bags in any recycling or they will not pick up.

Every guest gets a bath towel, a hand towel and a facecloth

Closet in the queen bedroom is private. Please respect the space.  Shed under house is also private space.

You can comfortably park three cars in the driveway.

There are stairs to the loft with an older style railing which has 9 inches between the supports.  Please note that this is not a safe width for toddlers.

It is safe to drink if you boil it and it’s fine for brushing your teeth and showering.

It will come to you via an automated message prior to check-in.

No, due to insurance restrictions, fires are not permitted on the property.

Most people allow their pets to run free on the beach.  Please be considerate and clean up after your animal.  If you see a dog on a leash approaching you, please heel your dog until they have passed.  Some dogs do not want to interact with other animals and can get stressed when approached by a dog not on a leash.

Please close and lock all windows, turn the heat off in the bedrooms, and leave the mini-split set on 60 degrees.  Turn off water pump at circuit breaker in twin bedroom
